GOLDEN MORN Relaunch

THE BRIEF:       Golden Morn has been one of Nigeria’s favorite maize cereal and it was time to do a relaunch for the brand. Before the relaunch was made public, however, the Golden Morn team wanted to do an internal launch for the whole organization and Livespot 360 was tasked with creating an internal engagement activity from plan to execution for members of staff at the Nestlé Nigeria HQ.  

SOLUTION:      A three-fold integrated experience where staff were given the maize experience, golden style. This included a special breakfast with healthy menu options, Golden Morn benefits highlighted through games and ambient cue cards. To drive participation and healthy competition, the games had attached to them brand-specific gifts to be won.  

THE RESULT:    Positive feedback from the brand team and 100 percent employee participation, engagement and satisfaction.
