Corporate Event Production in Lagos: How Livespot360 Delivered All On’s 10th Anniversary Celebration

Corporate milestone events carry a unique responsibility.

They celebrate years of growth, recognise the people who shaped the journey and communicate where an organisation is heading next. Employees, partners, investors, customers and industry stakeholders arrive with an existing relationship to the organisation, making every design decision part of a larger story.

Over the years, we have partnered with organisations during defining moments in their history, including Access Bank at 20, the Access Bank and Diamond Bank merger celebrations, NNPC Rebirth, Zenith Bank at 35, and several landmark corporate gatherings across Nigeria. Each project has served a different audience and objective, yet they share one expectation. The experience should reflect the significance of the occasion.

All On‘s tenth anniversary belonged in that category.

Corporate Milestone Events: Why Anniversary Celebrations Require a Different Planning Approach

Every anniversary celebrates time.

A landmark anniversary celebrates progress.

For organisations, milestone events become an opportunity to reflect on years of impact while creating confidence in the future. Employees reconnect with the organisation’s journey. Partners see the value of long-standing relationships. Stakeholders experience the organisation beyond annual reports and presentations.

That perspective shaped Livespot360’s approach to All On at 10.

The brief called for an intimate celebration for approximately 200 guests, delivered with the sophistication expected of an organisation marking ten years of impact. As a first-time client, All On placed significant emphasis on quality throughout the planning process, creating an opportunity for Livespot360 to establish trust through every stage of delivery.

From the outset, the objective centred on translating ten years of work into an experience guests could immediately recognise and connect with.

Designing the Guest Experience for a Corporate Anniversary Event

The evening began before guests entered the main event space.

A dedicated cocktail and networking lounge welcomed attendees with ambient lighting and live violin performances, creating an atmosphere that encouraged conversation before the formal programme commenced.

Separating the venue into distinct environments gave each phase of the celebration its own rhythm. Guests moved naturally from networking into the main event, allowing presentations, dining and celebration to unfold within spaces designed for each experience.

Every transition contributed to the overall flow of the evening, giving the programme room to develop without interruption while maintaining a consistent visual and emotional identity throughout the venue.

Corporate Event Production: How Technical Design Shaped All On at 10

The production design focused on supporting the experience through architecture, lighting and visual storytelling.

At the centre of the venue stood a stage spanning over 40 feet in width and 12 feet in depth. Curved illuminated steps fitted with integrated LED strips introduced depth while complementing the refined visual language of the celebration.

A slightly curved 12-metre by 4-metre LED screen anchored the production, accompanied by two 4.5-metre by 4-metre side screens. The curved display introduced dimension across the stage while preserving the elegant atmosphere expected of the event.

One of the defining production features was a suspended illuminated map of Nigeria engineered specifically for the celebration. Positioned above the stage, the installation represented All On’s impact across communities throughout the country while becoming a visual centrepiece for the evening.

Lighting evolved alongside the programme.

Moving head fixtures, BMFLs, Robe Spiders and Robe moving spotlights created depth throughout the venue while supporting keynote presentations, live orchestra performances, choir renditions and the evening’s closing celebration. During the cake-cutting ceremony, sparkular effects and atmospheric haze introduced a celebratory visual moment that remained consistent with the overall tone of the event.

Managing Technical Production Within a Compressed Event Timeline

Production commenced two days before the celebration.

Load-in, staging, lighting, audio, LED installation and scenic construction progressed through a compressed schedule leading into rehearsals on the morning of the event. Once the programme concluded, strike began immediately and continued until approximately 8:00 a.m. the following day.

Heavy rainfall during both load-in and load-out required additional planning around equipment movement and protection. Careful coordination across technical and operations teams kept the production schedule on track while maintaining the integrity of the installation.

Morning rehearsals provided an opportunity to fine-tune presenter cues, verify technical transitions and align every stage of the programme before guests arrived.

Cross-Functional Event Planning: How Livespot360 Delivered All On at 10

Delivering All On at 10 drew on expertise from across the Livespot360 Loop.

The Livespot Experiences team developed the guest journey and programme flow. Creative & Strategy established the event concept and creative direction. The Design team translated those ideas into the visual identity of the celebration, while Client Service coordinated approvals and communication throughout the project. Operations managed logistics across planning and delivery.

Technical production was led by Livespot Scenic and our technical partner Rent A Rig, whose team delivered the staging, lighting, audio systems, LED displays, and on-site production management that supported the programme from rehearsals through the final presentation.

Each discipline contributed its own expertise while working toward a shared outcome, allowing creative thinking, production and operations to function as one coordinated system.

Results: Delivering a Corporate Anniversary Experience That Reflected Ten Years of Impact

As guests arrived, the transformation of the venue immediately reflected the ambition of the brief.

The Chief Executive Officer paused upon entering the space, taking in the environment before reaching for her phone to record the venue ahead of the programme. Throughout the project, the client consistently shared positive feedback with the team, reinforcing the confidence that had developed over weeks of planning and collaboration.

For us, All On at 10 represented another opportunity to demonstrate how strategy, design, guest experience and technical production come together during the moments organisations remember for years.
