Case Study: Delivering the Heineken House Experience and UCL Grand Final Project Ecosystems

Experiential execution relies on intentional engineering. In May 2026, our team curated two distinct consumer ecosystems that fundamentally altered how premium brand interactions are delivered. The execution of the Heineken House Experience at Ilubirin and the UEFA Champions League (UCL) Grand Final Watch Party at Eko Hotels & Suites required complete alignment between high-density technical production and human-centric spatial design.

We focused on transforming initial concepts into culturally resonant ecosystems. These projects showcase how our internal capabilities, stretching from architectural fabrication to complex aerial choreography, create massive physical value and expansive digital reach.

The Heineken House Experience (Ilubirin): Building a Democratic Consumer Ecosystem

The Multi-Zone Footprint

We engineered a week-long pop-up installation at Ilubirin that functioned as a self-sustaining world. Anchoring the space around core lifestyle pillars, Formula 1, football, and music, ensured premium, continuous engagement across the entire site. Every zone was meticulously planned to give guests a unique, elevated brand interaction at every single touchpoint.

Heineken House Experience Footprint

├─► Experience Area (Interactive games & life-sized recreational installations)
├─► Main Event Hall (Multi-sensory watch parties & live programming)
├─► Food & Drinks Boulevard (Custom bars & curated vendor modules)
└─► The Ante Hall (Premium transparent marquee social zone)

Spatial Mapping and Operational Flow

Managing a continuous audience flow across a week-long timeline required a strict multi-day programming matrix. We handled the end-to-end spatial design and custom fabrication, dividing the Ilubirin site into four interconnected operational zones:

  • The Experience Area: Built specifically for active consumer engagement, this zone integrated life-sized recreational games, interactive digital installations, and high-shareability photo backdrops.
  • The Main Event Hall: Operating as the central nervous system for programmed entertainment, this hall housed high-definition audio-visual watch parties, live music sets, dance elements, and spoken word performances.
  • The Food & Drinks Boulevard: A dedicated hospitality zone utilizing our custom-fabricated bar installations and premium vendor modules. The layout deliberately maximized open social spaces to extend guest dwell time.
  • The Ante Hall: A transparent marquee structure placed within the hospitality boulevard. This architectural choice provided a premium, climate-controlled social zone where guests could relax and fully absorb the atmosphere of the activation.

Quantifiable Scale

Our internal teams managed every operational moving part, including creative direction, guest accreditation, safety protocols, talent booking, and complete venue logistics. This comprehensive management structure scaled the activation into a massive entertainment ecosystem. The experience successfully hosted over 4,000 physical attendees and drove a verified 39.5 million digital reach, transforming live consumer interaction into high-velocity digital equity.

The UCL Grand Final (Eko Hotel): Stadium-Grade Architecture and Aerial Choreography

Replicating Stadium Dynamics

The UEFA Champions League Grand Final required a different production blueprint: creating a high-density, premium environment that replicated the emotional gravity of a live stadium. We transformed Eko Hotels & Suites into a specialized match-day environment for corporate executives, lifestyle influencers, and football enthusiasts.

UCL Grand Final Production Framework

├─► Technical Infrastructure (Ultra-clear display screens & surround audio)
├─► Social Engineering (Structured common areas for cross-fan engagement)
└─► Aerial Choreography (1,000-drone synchronized light array)

The physical layout prioritized immersive technical infrastructure. We deployed ultra-clear display screens and engineered surround-sound acoustics to lock in crowd energy. Designing open, high-traffic hospitality areas naturally encouraged interaction among rival fan bases, fulfilling the strategic social objectives of the activation.

The 1,000-Drone Sky Symphony

The technical benchmark of the night took place outside the venue boundaries. To close the experience, our production team choreographed a synchronized aerial display utilizing 1,000 automated drones over the Lagos skyline.

This massive deployment required absolute precision in coordinate programming and wireless frequency management. The drone array illuminated the night sky with perfectly synchronized, three-dimensional animations of the brand star, the UCL trophy, and dynamic football graphics. The display captured immediate physical attention and served as a high-impact visual finale for the nationwide campaign.

Internal Capability Review

The successful execution of these concurrent projects highlights the execution capacity of our integrated production model:

  • Design & Fabrication: Constructing multi-zone pop-up installations, transparent marquees, and specialized bar structures from scratch.
  • Technical Production: Managing stadium-grade audio-visual systems, high-definition broadcast arrays, and complex 1,000-drone swarm choreography.
  • Crowd & Event Logistics: Executing strict multi-tier accreditation, secure guest management systems, and vendor coordination across multi-day timelines.
  • Show Directing: Sourcing, scheduling, and stage-managing diverse live performers, musicians, and hosts.
