The development will include a theatre, auditorium, cinema, convention space for up to 2,000 people, and an open-air stage for outdoor gatherings.
Its production infrastructure will include TV and virtual studios with green-screen capability, sound stages, music recording and podcast studios, dance and rehearsal studios, post-production suites, VR and AR zones, and advanced audiovisual systems.
The venue will also introduce The Circle, a hospitality and social environment comprising a premium café and restaurant alongside The Inner Circle, a members-only bar, lounge, and creative-community programme designed for people building African culture.
Alongside these facilities will be creative workspaces, co-working spaces, offices for creative businesses, galleries, pop-up and merchandise spaces, accommodation, and other amenities designed to support the wider creative ecosystem.
