Project Description
BACKGROUND
As part of its continued objective to drive deeper brand love and create never-before-seen consumer experiences, Heineken introduced a Hot Air Balloon activation designed to give consumers a unique and elevated brand interaction. Recognising that not every guest would be able to experience the balloon ride due to timing, health, or personal preference, Livespot360 expanded the concept beyond the balloon itself, creating an immersive Heineken world that offered multiple engagement touchpoints for consumers throughout the experience.
THE IDEA
The Heineken House Experience was developed as a week-long pop-up installation that brought consumers into the world of Heineken through the brand’s key passion points: Formula 1, UEFA Champions League, and music. To create a dynamic and continuously engaging environment, the installation featured four major activity days across the week, each with its own programming, audience flow, and operational requirements.
THE EXPERIENCE
Livespot360 transformed the site into a fully immersive Heineken environment comprising multiple interconnected zones: Experience Area A high-energy interactive space featuring: * Interactive games * Photo moments and installations * Music engagement displays * Life-sized recreational games * Consumer engagement activities Main Event Hall The central hub for programmed live experiences including: * Audio-visual watch parties * Live music performances * Dance performances * Spoken word performances * Hosted entertainment experiences Food & Drinks Boulevard A dedicated hospitality zone featuring: * Heineken branded bar installations * Curated food vendor stalls * Seating and social spaces designed to encourage guest interaction and extended stay. The Ante Hall A uniquely designed transparent marquee situated within the Food & Drinks Boulevard and in close visual proximity to the Hot Air Balloon arena. The space served as a premium social zone where guests could relax, engage, and experience the atmosphere of the activation. IMPACT
The Heineken House Experience successfully extended the value of the Hot Air Balloon activation beyond a singular attraction, creating a multi-layered entertainment and hospitality ecosystem that allowed over 4,000 consumers engage with the Heineken brand in immersive, culturally relevant, and memorable ways IRL and 39.5m in digital reach.
