Knight Frank Nigeria sought to mark its 60th anniversary with a gala night that would not only celebrate six decades of excellence but also reinforce its legacy in Nigeria’s real estate sector. The goal was to deliver an experience that embodied the event theme, The Diamond Suite, symbolizing brilliance, resilience, and multifaceted service refined over time.

Livespot360 designed and executed a premium, end-to-end experience at the Grand African Ballroom, Lagos Continental Hotel, bringing the diamond theme to life through every detail. The evening began with a black-carpet reception, live saxophone music, and an interactive photo booth. Guests were ushered into an elegantly dressed ballroom, hosted by IK Osakioduwa, for a three-course dinner, captivating performances, and inspiring speeches from Knight Frank’s leadership and global executives. Entertainment highlights included a soulful live set by Chike, vibrant crowd engagement from Shody the HypeMan, and an energetic Afrobeats-meets-jazz afterparty with DJ Deluxe. Fifteen awards were presented, celebrating industry excellence and contributions.

Over 320 distinguished guests including ministers, industry leaders, and notable personalities experienced a seamless, high-impact celebration that reinforced Knight Frank’s reputation for quality and prestige.
