Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all events, experiences, productions, and ticketed activities organised, produced, or managed by Livespot360 Limited (“Livespot360”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Livespot-owned concerts, festivals, shows, and experiences

  • Livespot-owned merchandise and products

  • Detty December and all on-ground activities

  • Tickets and passes sold directly by Livespot360 or through our official ticketing partner, DOT Tix or any other third party platform

  • Bundles, day passes, VIP packages, experience add-ons, tables, booths, and any event-related access products

By purchasing from Livespot or participating in any Livespot360 event, you agree to this Refund Policy.

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Livespot360 operates a strict no-refund policy across all events and products. This means:

  • No refunds will be issued once a ticket, pass, package, experience, or merchandise has been purchased.

  • No refunds will be given due to changes in your personal plans or circumstances.

  • No refunds will be made for late arrival, failure to attend, or partial attendance.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used passes, including Weekend Bundles or multi-day packages.

  • No refunds will be given if you are removed from an event for violating event rules or security regulations.

  • No refunds will be given based on incorrect sizing information provided by you.

  • No refunds will be given based on your changes in colour preference of merchandise.

  1. NO REVERSALS, CHARGEBACKS, OR PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing a Livespot360 product or event ticket (including through DOT Tix or DOT Merch or any other third-party platform), you agree that:

  • All completed payments are final and irreversible.

  • You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank, card issuer, or payment platform.

  • Unauthorised chargebacks may result in cancellation of your ticket(s), blocking of your DOT Tix or Livespot account, and recovery of all associated costs and fees incurred due to the dispute.

This protects ticket integrity, prevents fraud, and supports fair access to Livespot events.

  1. EVENT CHANGES

Live events may be affected by operational, technical, safety, or scheduling factors. As such:

  • Performers, line-ups, schedules, venues, experiences, and programming may change without notice.

  • Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Artist substitutions or withdrawals

  • Time adjustments

  • Venue modifications

  • Temporary closure of festival areas or experiences

  • Changes due to operational, weather, or safety concerns

  1. EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

If a Livespot360 event is cancelled or postponed, you will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Where an event is cancelled:

  • Any remedy (refund, credit, or ticket transfer) will be determined case-by-case by Livespot360 and communicated clearly.

  • Refunds (if offered) may exclude non-refundable service charges, booking fees, or transaction fees.

Where an event is postponed:

  • Tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date.

  • If an alternative option is offered, it will be communicated directly to ticket purchasers.

  1. THIRD-PARTY EVENTS

For events produced by independent organisers but ticketed through DOT Tix:

  • Livespot360 is not responsible for refund decisions, event quality, or event delivery.

  • Refunds or compensation (if applicable) are determined by the third-party organiser, not Livespot360.

  • Livespot360 may facilitate the refund process only where authorised by the organiser.

  1. EXPERIENCE ADD-ONS, VIP PACKAGES AND ON-GROUND PURCHASES

No refunds are provided for:

  • VIP upgrades

  • Table or booth bookings

  • Add-on experiences

  • Paid attractions or activities

  • On-site purchases including food, drinks, merchandise, and services

If an attraction is closed temporarily due to capacity, weather, or safety, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.

  1. DUPLICATE OR MISTAKEN PURCHASES

Please ensure the accuracy of your order before completing payment. Livespot360 and DOT Tix do not provide refunds for:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Wrong event or wrong date selections

  • Incorrect quantities

  • Mistaken bookings by the customer

All purchases are considered intentional and final.

  1. PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Livespot360 cannot issue refunds for circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Illness

  • Travel delays or cancellations

  • Traffic or security delays

  • Work or family obligations

  • Weather

  • Inability to attend

  • Changes of plan

  • Forgotten or misplaced tickets

  • Insufficient funds, expired cards, or payment method issues at time of purchase

These do not qualify for refunds or credits.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this policy will be handled in the courts of Lagos State.
